4.2 Booking and Scheduling

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Minimum booking duration is 2 hours
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• We will confirm your booking via email and/or SMS

4.3 Service Areas

We currently provide services in New York, specifically serving Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

• Prices are displayed on our Website and are subject to change
• All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes
• Additional charges may apply for special requests or services

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of Services
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before service: No charge
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before service: 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service: 100% cancellation fee

6.2 Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests made 24+ hours before service: No charge
• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours: Subject to availability and fees

6.3 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Services due to:

• Unsafe working conditions
• Inclement weather
• Service Provider unavailability
• Other circumstances beyond our control

7. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Ensure safe access to the property
• Secure valuables and fragile items
• Inform us of any hazards or special requirements
• Treat our Service Providers with respect
• Pay for Services in a timely manner

8. Property Access and Security

• If providing keys/codes, you agree we may use them to access the property

• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
• Our liability is limited to the actual cost of repair or replacement
