๐งโโ๏ธ Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients prefer "no-contact" service. You can leave a key, door code, or simply keep the door open - we'll take care of the rest and leave your space spotless.
๐งผ Is fridge interior cleaning included?

Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Out, and Heavy Condition Cleaning include interior fridge cleaning.
๐ For Standard Cleaning, it can be added as an extra.
๐งน Do you bring your own supplies and vacuum?
๐งด We can bring cleaning solutions for $35 and a vacuum for $100. Please let us know in advance which location(s) may require them.
๐งฝ What's the difference between Deep and Heavy Condition Cleaning?
Deep Cleaning includes baseboards, hard-to-reach areas, and dusting above head level.
Heavy Condition Cleaning goes further: it covers wall washing, cabinet interiors, under sinks, and more. Perfect for neglected or high-traffic spaces.

Includes:

๐งพ How is the price calculated?
Pricing is based on the size of your home, level of dirt, and selected services. You'll get the most accurate quote through our booking form or by requesting a custom estimate.
๐ Can I book recurring cleanings?
Absolutely! Weekly, biweekly, or monthly plans are available - with special rates for regular clients. Let us know your preferred schedule.
๐ What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a small fee due to the short notice.
โ Are you insured and background-checked?
Yes. Dream Cleaning carries liability insurance, and all cleaners are thoroughly vetted and trained to deliver safe, top-quality service.
๐ What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not fully happy, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right - no questions asked.
๐ณ When do I pay for the service?
We accept credit and debit cards only. We no longer accept cash or personal checks.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring a safe and reliable booking experience with Dream Cleaning.
When you schedule a service, we place a temporary authorization hold on your card (this may appear as "pending" on your statement). This is not a charge.
Your card will only be charged after the cleaning has been completed.
By booking a service and providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for the total cost of the service.
๐ Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, phone bookings are possible. However, we will still need to create an account for you in our system.
For a smoother and more practical experience, we highly recommend that you create your own profile. This allows you to easily customize your service, edit your booking, and add any extra services you may need - as long as changes are made at least 48 hours in advance.
Please note: All payments are made online, and having an account is required in order to complete your booking.
๐ฅ Can I request the same cleaner or choose a different one?
Absolutely! At Dream Cleaning, you have the option to request your preferred cleaner or let us assign someone new.
If you have a specific cleaner in mind, just mention their name in the comment section when booking - we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
For recurring cleanings, we aim to keep things consistent by assigning the same cleaner every time, whenever possible.
